What good research handoff should feel like
A reflection on turning research into something a team can actually use, not just something they politely skim.
Research only becomes valuable when it changes what happens next. I have been thinking a lot about how insights are shared, and how often teams get a summary without a clear sense of what to do with it.
A useful handoff is specific
The best research communication is not only a list of findings. It connects observed behaviour to product questions, trade-offs, and immediate opportunities for action.
What I want to get better at
I want to keep improving how I translate user insight into simple, actionable language that different teammates can quickly use in their own decisions.
